Not sure if I am on the correct website but wanted to make as many people aware in Saltford that the council are looking to bring all the household waste for Bath and surrounding areas through the A4 on a daily basis. This will mean in the region of 20 x 7.5 tonne vehicles carry 300 tonnes of waste. There is an invitation this Friday and Saturday at the Baptist Hall in keynsham to discuss the proposed impact on the village. I am not sure if that many people are aware of what they are looking to do or quite frankly if the council have a clue on the impact this will have on the infrastructure.

The Crown Inn
If anybody knows about the Exell family, managers of the Crown back in the early 1900's, would like to hear from you. They are my relatives!
Thanks

Rose Cottage, Saltford.
Great website, every village should have one.
May I ask if anyone knows if number 3 Rose Cottage is still standing, if so it's whereabouts please?
Regards to all, and thanks
Mike
