D6881 & D6882

D6881 and D6882 on the up 16.30 “Bristolian” seen passing through Saltford. These two locos were used to test English Electric Type 3 double heading in an attempt to speed up the time table. Normal locos used at this time 1966 was “Westerns”. Date 19.04.66 The lad on the LHS is Bob Woodberry
